The Butler Role Training Course provided, consists of 12 parts and is generally completed In House within 6 to 10 days depending on the existing knowledge base of the trainee. The course which embraces traditional service standards is appropriate in a variety of settings offering Butler Service, and is focused on meeting and exceeding the needs of Guests.

The Butler Role is commended and endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality – who offer 15 Continuing Professional Development recognition points for the Affiliate grade of the Institute of Hospitality membership.
